Prior to coaching, Paulina spent nearly 30 years in marketing and communication, working on prestigious events such as the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Paralympic Games, Rugby World Cup, and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. She learnt how to build brands and get bums on seats – all skills needed to build and run a successful coaching business. In 2019, she studied life coaching for 3 years before transitioning to working for herself.

For the past 7 years, she’s been helping countless women transform their businesses and themselves in remarkable ways. Her expertise lies in teaching the right systems that consistently get results, unblocking internal barriers that hinder women from operating in their zone of genius, and simplifying marketing, sales, and delivery processes to make them enjoyable and, of course, results-driven.

Her real superpower is helping her clients build their inner strength and unlock their true potential that has been hiding behind a mask. And as a result, they are more productive, have more energy and feel confident in knowing they can achieve their dreams.

She believes we are never really stuck but caught in years of conditioned behaviours and patterns that we consistently resort to because this is the character we’ve created for ourselves, and this is the “fake” version of ourselves we have acted on most of our lives.
